Gestão do pedagógico: de qual pegagógico se fala? (Governing the pedagogic: of what pedagogic are we talking about?)

Abstract

This article aims at defining what is pedagogical, starting from three presumptions: the lack of clearness about this concept and its relation with Pedagogy; the social dimension of the pedagogical; the management of the pedagogical as a pedagogical extended understanding related with teachers’ work. This is a result of a bibliographical research that will continue worried about the indiscriminate use of the word pedagogical, and as a possibility to describe how diverse the production of knowledge is, and, many times, not being clear enough in the ways it is used, generating the impression that everything can be pedagogical.
