Abstract

This paper identifies the theoretical, political and educational frameworks that have been adopted by the Landless Movement throughout its existence. Using these frameworks as a theoretical background, it highlights the educational lessons that can be apprehended through a reflexive counterpoint in the daily life of the Landless Movement, the various theories and practices on human formation and the discussions on how to build up the education for the landless people. By way of an analysis of theses, these lessons show how the curriculum and the educational milieu have been thought out in the schools of the movement.
